Sail from Athinios Port to small islands that are home to volcanos, hot springs and traditional villages. Stop at Nea Kameni and take the path to the crater of the active volcano. Enjoy free time to explore the island. Next, head to Palea Kameni, and swim in the hot springs. Return to the boat for a short sail to Thirassia, where you’ll have free time to explore. Visit Manolas, accessed by winding stairs, or by a donkey ride up to the village. There is the option of extending the tour in Oia to admire the panoramic views and a spectacular sunset. This option is running from 1 May to 21 September. Depending on the option chosen, the duration of the tour is 6 or 10 hours. If this option is selected, after the end of the boat ride you will be transferred to Oia. Please meet your bus at the meeting point 15 minutes after the sunset.
Bus tour around the island and jump at the opportunity to explore the most characteristic attractions and places of Santorini in one day! You will meander around its picturesque settlements where you’ll come across the typical cave houses, traditional whitewashed buildings, blue domed churches, Venetian castles and quaint alleys. A visit to the prominent archaeological site of Akrotiri will give you the chance to wander along a well-preserved prehistoric settlement, while a stop at Profitis Ilias Mountain, the highest peak of Santorini, will generously offer you stunning views. Of course you’ll spend time at the must-see volcanic beaches of the island. You can swim and relax at the iconic Black Sand Beach and then have lunch at a traditional tavern of the coastal village where you can savor local specialties. You will also lay eyes on the most photographed scenery of Santorini, Red Beach, which stands out for the unique color of its sand and pebbles as well as its impressive lava cliffs. The experience wouldn’t be complete without a wine tasting in one of the numerous wineries of the island. Santorini is popular for its renowned wine varieties, which owe their quality to the rich volcanic soil, so it is an activity that shouldn’t be missed!
